I can't believe I didn't notice this before...I think she's been wearing it since The Merger. I was watching the Beach Games episode a little while ago and they showed a close shot of her...I thought the necklace looked like my unicorn, so I googled it and it is.
I've had a unicorn obsession since I was a little girl and I think it's funny that Jenna/Pam wears this necklace too. Especially since I identify with SO many aspects of her character's personality.
